Flavour & Fragrance Compounder

Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Flavour & Fragrance Compounder to join our production team. The Compounder will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, blending, and processing raw materials to produce flavour and fragrance compounds according to established formulas and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials according to production formulas.
• Compound and blend flavour and fragrance ingredients following established procedures.
• Operate mixers, scales, pumps, and other production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Verify ingredients, quantities, lot numbers, and production documentation.
• Maintain accurate batch records and production paperwork.
• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintain an organized production area.
• Identify and report any discrepancies, quality issues, or equipment problems.
• Work closely with Quality Control and Production teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in flavour, fragrance, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with weighing, batching, blending, or compounding is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise formulas and instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure ingredients.
• Ability to read and understand production documents.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move raw materials as required by the position.
